We are working with Playground Games as they look for a Senior Producer to join their team.

Established in 2010, Playground Games have the vision to create genre-defining titles for a global audience. Since then, they’ve created four critically-acclaimed, award-winning hits; their Forza Horizon games have garnered more than one hundred awards and have been played by many millions of fans.

As a Senior Producer at the studio, you will work with multidisciplinary internal and external teams to deliver game features, regions, quests, and content within Fable’s open world. You’ll ensure smooth collaboration between Playground Games and their co-development partners, driving end-to-end delivery of co-dev mandates.

**Your responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Fable’s co-dev partners to ensure quality game content is in alignment with the game’s vision and technical requirements
- Work closely with internal and external leadership teams to plan, scope, and manage co-dev mandates, in accordance with high-level project roadmaps and budgets
- Define workflows and processes that facilitate collaboration, clear communication, and accountability
- Manage deliverable reviews with internal stakeholders and ensure that constructive, actionable feedback is messaged to our external partners
- Anticipate and manage risks to quality, budget, and schedule within your area of ownership

**The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role**
- 5+ years of production experience, with demonstrable work on 2 or more published titles
- Strong leadership skills with experience driving remote collaboration
- Organised and process-driven, with exceptional communication skills
- Genuine passion for video games
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with open-world RPGs is a plus.
