  • Filing accounts and tax returns online with HMRC and Companies House.
  • Updating workflows and trackers for accounts and tax returns.
  • Drafting letters of engagement (LOE), maintaining the LOE tracker, and following up on non-returns.
  • Conducting AML checks on new clients and annually before starting accounts preparation / audit jobs to ensure accurate information.
  • Assisting with the new client take-on process, including drafting standard documents.
  • Drafting and filing Companies House forms.

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential.

If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Previous administration experience in a professional office environment.
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

In addition to a competitive salary, the following benefits are on offer:

  • 25 days annual leave (with the option to buy / sell up to 5 days holiday)
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • 4x life assurance
  • All employee share scheme
  • 2 days paid for volunteering
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) including shopping discounts
