National Account Exec - Foodservice

Join an innovative and dynamic challenger brand within the FMCG industry. As they continue to expand their presence in the market, they’re seeking a driven and experienced National Account Exec to be a part of their foodservice division.

As a National Account Exec for their foodservice division, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing the brand as a prominent player in the industry. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key national accounts, driving sales, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the foodservice sector, focusing on national accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major foodservice chains, distributors, and operators.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and execution plans.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs to maximise profitability and market share.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the founders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success within the FMCG or foodservice industry, with a focus on challenger brands.
  • Strong understanding of foodservice channels, including experience working with national accounts, distributors, and operators.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
