Working as a Refurb devices (2nd Life)- Service Operations Manager , you will work closely alongside the wider Supply Chain Team, our outsourced partners and internal stakeholders, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational service delivery, continuous improvement and change relating to 2 nd Life products for mobile and all associated governance, policies and processes.
You will ensure that scheduled partner governance activities are completed in line with agreed KPIs and standards (such as ISO44001 and Commercial Contract Management (CCM) framework). Actively supporting business Sustainability agenda across Supply Chain.

The ability to interpret and act on complex sets of data and drive to operational outcomes
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail along with experience of using Excel
Day to day operational management of end-to-end service to 2 nd Life products for Mobile activities across Supply Chain to achieve set business targets including stock utilisation.
Supporting Supply Chain colleagues to ensure 2 nd Life products for Mobile stock optimisation compliance and reporting.
Managing efficient use of the company’s cash ensuring that robust invoice and stock reconciliation processes are in place and that any discrepancies are successfully investigated and closed with the relevant partners / business areas
Day to day tasks and processes to support critical data analysis to form strategic decision making in operational, governance and reconciliation to ensure customer satisfaction and quality is at the heart of every decision made.
Management of change including identifying and delivering on continuous improvement opportunities to policies, processes, tools and customer experience related to 2 nd Life products for Mobile
