As Building Safety Technical Lead, you'll not only ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act but also have the chance to expand other service offerings into areas like Fire Engineering Design. Requirements:

  • Ambitious and career driven
  • Proven track record in a Building Regulations / Control compliance role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and Building Safety Act
  • Degree in Construction or related field.
  • MCABE/MRICS/MCIOB.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in working on projects such as healthcare, education, retail and complex projects.
