Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability.
  • Document IT procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT field, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as an IT Engineer or Support Analyst.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Azure is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
