Head of Content Marketing

Criterion Capital is seeking a Marketing & PR Executive to devise marketing strategies and manage public relations activities across all platforms.
Manage online reputation, encompassing community management and interactions.
Collaborate with various teams to align marketing and PR strategies with business goals.
Manage PR and marketing for residential lettings and property operations efficiently and effectively.
Manage content writing for fundraising and other pitches.
Develop content for new websites and ensure quarterly updates.
Directly manage and update content on social and digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business, Website Blog, Meta)
Conduct regular reviews of social media content in collaboration with external agencies.
Execute PR campaigns to secure more coverage and enhance brand reputation.
Analyse marketing and PR results to make informed decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or communications.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in marketing and PR roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Strong relationship network in PR/digital media is a plus.
This position is entirely office-based.
