We’re looking for two motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Finance team as a Finance Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment, working alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about what they do.
As a Legal Cashier Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. You’ll be part of a local team in Northampton and a wider firm-wide finance department, supporting our Legal Advisers and other business functions.
Processing client and office account transactions
Handling transfers and responding to accounting queries
Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Supporting colleagues across different sites when needed
Eager to learn and grow in a legal finance setting
Flexible, proactive, and able to manage their workload under pressure
Previous experience in a finance or legal environment is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in legal finance and develop a strong foundation in a professional services environment. This apprenticeship is a Level 2, AAT.
