Finance Apprentice

The role We're looking for two motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Finance team as a Finance Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment, working alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about what they do. What You'll Be Doing As a Legal Cashier Apprentice, you'll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. You'll be part of a local team in Northampton and a wider firm-wide finance department, supporting our Legal Advisers and other business functions. Your Day-to-day Will Include Processing client and office account transactions Producing accurate bills and invoices Handling transfers and responding to accounting queries Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules Supporting colleagues across different sites when needed What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Eager to learn and grow in a legal finance setting A strong communicator with a keen eye for detail Flexible, proactive, and able to manage their workload under pressure Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a finance or legal environment is a bonus, but not essential — we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
