Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: London

We're looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition professional that has experience within M&E and Facilities Management. You will have a passion for attracting top talent and a knack for sourcing candidates, having experience within the temporary labor market would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles within our organization.
  • Multi-Channel Recruitment: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to refine and optimize recruitment processes and practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to management on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
  • Regular Engagement: Facilitate regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss recruitment progress and address any concerns or challenges.
  • Quality Focus: Promote a "right first time" hiring philosophy by ensuring the recruitment process is thorough, efficient, and focused on finding the best fit for each role.
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to ensure high-quality hires.
  • Manager Training: Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and professional communication.
  • Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
