We are seeking a talented and S trategic Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our dynamic team in London . This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our partners, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
This role is for the Aircall office in London (at least three core days at the office).
Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
Business Development: Strategic Planning: Utilize data-driven insights to create and execute strategic partnership plans that align with Aircall’s business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with other GTM teams, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership management and to drive joint initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships using KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with Aircall’s goals and objectives.
Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.
Analytical and Strategic Thinker: You have strong analytical skills and can leverage data to inform strategic decisions. Relationship Builder: You excel in building and nurturing relationships with partners. Adaptable and Resilient: You are flexible and can adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role in a competitive, data-driven environment.
