What You Bring To The Role Age & Location Requirements: You must be a minimum of 18 years old when you start work to comply with customer requirements, and live within 1 hour of ML1 4UR. Licence & Travel Readiness: You must have a valid full driving licence and be willing to travel and stay away from home. IT, Analytical & Attitude: You’ll have excellent IT literacy and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and bring a will to learn and succeed. Physical & Mental Adaptability: Must be comfortable working at heights (height test required) and able to work calmly under pressure. Hands-On Aptitude: A natural flair for craft/tool skills is a bonus. Maths & English Foundation: You’ll have, or be committed to achieving, Maths and English qualifications (GCSE, Level 2 Functional Skills or equivalent).
