Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and bring a will to learn and succeed.Physical & Mental Adaptability: Must be comfortable working at heights (height test required) and able to work calmly under pressure.Hands-On Aptitude: A natural flair for craft/tool skills is a bonus.Maths & English Foundation: You’ll have, or be committed to achieving, Maths and English qualifications (GCSE, Level 2 Functional Skills or equivalent).This is an exceptional opportunity for anyone keen to learn and excited about engineering.
