Our client a BCorp. registered global commodities business would like to hire a Change Manager to lead and support a variety of projects within the organisation. This role will support their commitment to sustainability and their implementation of systems and upgrades to support regulatory changes.

Experience of the delivery of projects within a multi entity and multi product company will be essential as well as the delivery of communications and training materials to support changes.

3-5 years change management experience delivering technology change with proven understanding of processes involved in introducing technology-related business changes to the business.

Experience using proven change methodology, reporting and change frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with technical staff as well as business users and stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge and experience of communications planning and delivery to support change initiatives, and able to clearly articulate messages to a wide variety of audiences.

Knowledge or qualifications within change (Prosci/Agile/ADKAR/ACCMP/CCMP).

An ability to travel to related countries ( Africa, Asia, ) will be required.
