Our client is a school based in South East London who are looking for an Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the school.
While doing the work, you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration qualification to add to your CV, as well as building the practical skills in the client workplace. You will report directly to the Headteacher and work in conjunction with the School Business Manager to provide administrative support to the school's offices and learn more about administration of the school.
Providing support to the School Business Manager with any aspects of his/her role
Administrative assistance with producing policies, invoicing companies, chasing invoices, paying orders etc
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good understanding of computer databases
