The Retail Media Associate Director position is a critical hire within the Commerce team in the agency and aimed at delivering best-in-class online retail strategy and uncovering growth opportunities. The successful applicant will have strong strategic, communication, and presentation skills, and be adept at solving complex business problems in a matrixed organisation.

We’re looking for somebody with experience in Amazon and Retail campaign management, plus a deep understanding of eCommerce, retail optimisation, portfolio management, and data insights. Support the Commerce team and Retail Media Director on your account by responding to briefs, making strategic suggestions, reporting, and presenting to the client.
Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies that aligns with the overall client business objectives.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailers and incorporate into strategic decisions that will help the client improve their performance.
Work closely with internal data teams to understand customer preferences and behaviours, leveraging data insights to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Manage an international team of up to 5 Account Managers and Executives

Experience as a Senior Account Manager or Associate/Account Director in retail media
Desired experience in social commerce or paid social would be very beneficial, as well as in store digital displays, but the willingness to learn is key.
Skills in building presentations, responses and recommendations to clients within commerce
You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills – our clients like to be challenged, but with diplomacy.
