Junior Account Manager – Medical Communications #128205; Oxfordshire - Hybrid An award-winning medical communications agency is looking for a proactive, organised and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join their growing client services team. If you’re currently an Account Executive with at least 18 months’ experience and looking for more responsibility, ownership, and opportunities to shine, this role is for you. #You’ll be at the heart of delivering impactful, meaningful healthcare communication projects that make a real difference. From publications and educational materials to scientific meetings and digital initiatives, you’ll help drive high-quality work that supports global medical teams, healthcare professionals and patients. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of therapy areas, work closely with cross-functional scientific and creative teams, and contribute to both day-to-day project delivery and long-term client relationships. #As a Junior Account Manager, you will: Deliver Outstanding Projects Manage logistics and project delivery across a variety of medical communication activities (publications, slide decks, infographics, meetings, symposia and more) Create and maintain project timelines, trackers and status reports Organise venues, AV, travel, faculty contracts and onsite preparedness Start leading smaller projects independently Drive Quality, Efficiency & Financial Awareness Monitor project budgets and highlight any variances Support forecasting, invoicing and financial reporting Identify risks and propose practical solutions early Collaborate, Support & Grow Mentor new Account Executives and graduates Support new business activities when required Expand your scientific understanding of client products and therapy areas Stay curious—seek feedback, learn, and grow with support from your manager Spot opportunities for account growth and share them with senior leads #Already working as an Account Executive in a medical communications agency A natural organiser with excellent time management and attention to detail Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities shift Competent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Bachelor’s degree preferred (life sciences advantageous but not essential) ✨ Work on exciting, high-impact scientific and medical projects Develop quickly with tailored training, mentoring and progression pathways Collaborate with passionate, talented colleagues across scientific, creative and digital teams Hybrid or remote working options to suit your lifestyle If you’re excited to take on more responsibility, work on diverse scientific projects and become a trusted partner to global clients, we’d love to hear from you, apply with your CV today.
