Are you an experienced Contact Centre Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, is looking for a Analytical and Performance Driven Manager to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This company is all about redefining financial inclusion, providing bespoke lending solutions to UK homeowners and challenging traditional norms.
As a Contact Centre Manager, you’ll enjoy a basic salary of up to £40K per annum, with an OTE of £50K. As the Contact Centre Manager you’ll be:
Leading and managing a team of 7 Agents, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with digital aggregators and third-party partners.
Utilising data analytics tools to track and analyse dialler performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
As the Contact Centre Manager, you’ll receive:

The ideal Contact Centre Manager will have:
Proven experience in dialler management within the financial services industry.
A strong understanding of digital aggregator platforms and lead generation processes.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using analytics tools.
