Omnia have exclusively partnered with a LARGE global managed service provider, who are on the lookout for 2 Pre Sales Engineers,

You'll be accountable for delivering all technical aspects to customers, so you'll need extensive experience in Active Directory, Cybersecurity, and Backup.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting effective product demonstrations online and in person.
  • Leading technical presentations and supporting sales directors with ROI presentations.
  • Collaborating with Sales to identify winning sales strategies and new product opportunities.
  • Utilizing consultative selling techniques to identify customer pain points.
  • Designing technical solutions that align with customer's goals.
  • Providing input and feedback to engineering teams.
  • Offering pre-sales technical assistance.
  • Performing proof of concept technical installations directly with customers.
  • Communicating and documenting technical requirements.
  • Partnering with the Sales team to develop proposals and ROI models.
  • Coordinating with a team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of our client's products.
  • Staying informed about emerging technology trends.
  • Willingness to travel to customers or events as necessary.

You will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in either an enterprise IT or enterprise software organization.
  • Deep working knowledge of Active Directory, including administration, architecture, or management of environments with at least 10,000 users.
  • Awareness of the identity and access management and infosec product landscapes, including technical features of competing products.
  • Experience doing customer demos of software products.
  • Experience developing technical proofs of concept directly with customers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical contacts to articulate the solution's benefits beyond technical aspects.
  • Fluent in German or English languages
