Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Head of Vehicle Development to join our highly skilled and dynamic Engineering Team.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices in Leamington Spa, Bicester or Guilford where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, Forseven offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons.
Reporting to the Vice President of Vehicle Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and running a comprehensive Vehicle Development process including developing the process. You will be overseeing the entire process from planning to executing the full development process
Leading and building of the Vehicle development Team.
Defining and implementing of a comprehensive whole vehicle development strategy
Leading and Managing of Vehicle development processes.
Working with the Vehicle performance, Homologation and System teams to develop comprehensive development plans to support programmes.
Leading specifications and manage the prototype fleet including maintaining them to the appropriate standard of maturity.
Experience in Vehicle Development
Experience in vehicle test or attribute development
Degree (or equivalent experience) within the automotive industry
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
