Fabulous opportunity for an experienced PA to join a successful, fast-growing green investment firm based in the Marylebone area, as the PA to CEO & COO.

  • Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • £50k-£55k per annum + bonus & private medical
  • Fully office based
  • Location: close to Marylebone station
  • Positive and friendly team

Joining a growing firm, with exciting growth plans, you will support the Founders with strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to liaise confidently with clients at all levels.

This is an opportunity for a PA/EA to really develop their career, with a view to developing into a Chief-of-Staff role, getting involved in project coordination and operations.

PA skills:

  • Highly efficient and organised
  • Accurate attention to detail, with strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Great team player, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

PA responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the CEO & COO (Founders) to assist with operations and growth within the business
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Managing travel, events, and team dinners, events and parties
  • Answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and queries
  • Processing expenses
  • Manage the smooth running of the office, as the go-to person for all things social
  • Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes and circulate action points
  • Placing orders for projects
  • Work closely with the Founders assisting with company projects
