This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to take a step up supporting the CEO of an established Private Equity firm.
They would love for someone to take charge on organising more team socials if this was of interest The most important thing is having a good attitude and being flexible so you can adapt to the CEO’s way of working and preferences. It’s also important to get along well with the team so you have to be both positive and personable.
PA to CEO ROLE
- Busy diary management
- Extensive travel arrangements
- Expenses
- Organising AGMs
- Arranging monthly Board meetings
- Organising internal Christmas and Summer parties
- Having open communication with the CEO and the team to be able to prioritise his meetings
- Additional admin support where needed
PA ROLE DETAILS
- Discretionary annual bonus
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
