About the Senior Finance Broker

My client is an established fintech broker with a whole of market offering allowing business customers to truly assess their financial lending options. After trading in the market for over 10 years they have an established lender panel ranging from Tier 1 Banks, Alternative Lenders & Fintech’s alongside an extensive introducer base of deals inc Aggregating platforms, master brokers & individual networks.

After a significant round of funding, they are looking to build out the team with a Senior Finance Broker. This is a key hire for the business as they have ambitious plans to increase their brand in the over £250K lending arena across Unsecured Business Lending

There is a high volume flow of deals coming into the business but they now need the expertise for conversion ( credit skills, understanding of the deal & which lender to place) – This will be an IC role but they would be keen to bring on candidate who can share their wealth of knowledge with junior brokers in the team.
You will be provided with resource internally so you can focus on relationship building & closing deals aswell as being supplied with a smooth flow of leads to support your own introducer base

As the Senior Finance Broker your responsibilities and duties will include:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
Maintain and enhance the company’s corporate image by consistently delivering quality, reliability, and excellence.

Proven success within a financial broker role – Unsecured Business Lending
Happy to network, build brand and meet clients and lenders to build out relationships
