Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the business externally with clients and professional bodies, and internally within the wider group.
Interact with operational leads in each research business and ensure all aspects of compliance are upheld in the delivery of research projects.
Provide support and help with external audits (client, ISO etc.), including preparation for the audit, ensuring all information and project files are ready for audit.
Educate employees on the legislation/regulations and the impact to the organization of non-compliance.
Provide support for 4 direct reports, mentoring their career development and progression.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities:
~5 years of relevant compliance experience. A practitioner's Certificate in Data Protection, or a minimum of Level 3 Data Protection training, CIPP/E or CIPM or equivalent training for GDPR compliance.
