Your new company
Is a leading name within the Travel and Tourism industry of Derry City. They have appointed Hays to recruit a Customer Services Officer to join their team. Operational hours are between 4.30am and 9.30pm, Monday to Sunday. You will work on a rota basis up to 37 hours a week. This is a customer-facing role and a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience.

Your new role
As Customer Services Officer, you will work within an established team providing accurate information and general assistance to customers whilst delivering the highest standard of customer care. As Customer Services Officer, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting members of the general public and dealing with all enquiries professionally, ensuring information systems are updated and correct, so customers can review, make reservations, amend bookings and process customer payments, verify compliance documents, liaise with internal and external customers via verbal and written forms, compile reports, operation of switchboard at Customer Services desk, record and distribute deliveries effectively, manage the car park system and general administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed
As Customer Services Officer, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a customer service position. You will be confident liaising with people at all levels via verbal and written forms, be proficient in Microsoft suite with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
