You will be responsible for leading a team of chemists and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our portfolio.
PhD in STEM.
More than 7 years of experience in one (or more) of the following fields: material science, physics, mineralogy, construction, concrete technology, concrete chemistry, civil engineering, CO2 capture and utilisation or recycling technologies.
More than 7 years of proven experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary R&D teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering R&D projects on time and within budget.
Extensive experience leading independent research, ability to design and conduct research addressing fundamental scientific questions
R&D experience in fields of adsorption, adsorbent design, separation technologies, catalyst, materials surface functionalisation, carbon capture, surface chemistry or polymer.
Familiarity with intellectual property management, patent filings, and licensing agreements.
