What you'll do Landlord and Tenant - Take on responsibility for managing Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals both directly and via our external agent network Property Management - be one of the principal contacts for any property management queries that arise. Work with colleagues across the business to solve complex property management issues as they arise Refit Program - Lead onthe property contribution to our ambitious refit program, reviewing leases to confirm suitability for refit and liaising with landlord's to agree licences for alterations where required. About you You will fit right into this role if you: Are a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) Have experience working in Landlord and Tenant and/or Property Management

Have a full driving licence
