About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mineral Surveyor to join our esteemed Mineral Estates management team at Wardell Armstrong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, expert advice to our existing clients and contributing to the expansion of our successful mineral estates team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice on mineral development and property issues to clients across the UK.
  • Manage mineral assets and develop strategies for their optimal utilization.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver property solutions for clients.
  • Produce high-quality reports and documentation, including heads of terms for leases and mineral planning work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • A first degree in Mineral Surveying, Estates Management, Mineral Planning, Geology, or a related field.
  • Professional membership of the RICS or other relevant professional body.
  • Excellent working knowledge of mineral development and property issues.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
