White Horse Employment are pleased to be working with a large Wiltshire based, international business who are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team.

The role will include working alongside the Marketing team, internal stakeholders and external agencies to assist the Digital Marketing Manager with increasing brand engagement, lead generation and conversions. We are looking for a generalist digital marketer, with some B2B experience who thrives on juggling multiple projects and looking to join a busy B2B marketing team in a role with real variety that offers responsibility and opportunity to grow and make a real difference.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the development of the whole Digital Marketing strategy, including social media, website, lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Working with external agencies to create effective paid campaigns across social media and SEM.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team and internal teams across the business to keep on top of all website CMS and content updates.
  • Create landing pages and optimise the user experience through the website.
  • Coordinate and monitor the social media schedule for all social media platforms, regularly reporting KPIs.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to measure performance of marketing strategy using Web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Hojar and Salesforce.

The right candidate will come with:

  • Marketing of Business degree (desirable).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Digital Marketing Executive role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques – digital content writing, marketing automation and social media is advantageous.
  • End-to-end campaign project management experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong administrative, organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with analysing and reporting on marketing performance.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a great team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
