This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week at our HQ in East Croydon and 3 days working from home. However, in March 2025 we will be moving to our new HQ in Clapham Junction with 3 days a week in the office.

As a Junior Delivery Manager, the primary objective is to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of digital projects while gaining hands-on experience in managing all aspects of project delivery. The Junior Digital Delivery Manager will gradually build up their skills in planning, coordination, and leadership as they grow into the role.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating project timelines, resources, and tasks across cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, developers, QA, product owners).
  • Utilise project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro and Teams to effectively coordinate tasks, track project timelines and facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
  • Ensure all project activities are aligned with the overall project goals and strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear and managed.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, potential risks, and issues.
  • Monitor and track project progress to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Help identify and mitigate any potential delays or roadblocks early on.
  • Assist in identifying and escalating potential risks or issues that could impact delivery.
  • Work to resolve blockers and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure that teams are following agreed-upon processes.
  • Help facilitate the smooth running of sprints by providing support to product owners and developers
  • Maintain accurate documentation for projects, including timelines, tasks, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Prepare status reports for senior delivery managers, project owners, or clients
