Your new role
As an interim HR Project Manager-IIP, (3-6 months) you will be responsible for spearheading the submission for IIP accreditation:
Duties will include:
Taking charge of the Investors in People project, everything from gathering evidence to submission.
  • Drive the project forward by developing a comprehensive plan that aligns with IIP standards.
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders, including the Leadership Team, operational teams and functional teams
  • Efficiently gather, organise, and extract information and evidence required for the IIP submission.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compelling, and meets the criteria set by the Investors in People framework.
  • Ensure constant and effective communication across all levels of the organisation. Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and keep the project on track.
  • Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on the project's progress.
  • Use analytics to measure progress against the IIP framework and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • This role will involve travelling to Milton Keynes, Cambridge and one other site at most 2-3 days a week.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Significant experience with successful IIP submissions
  • Experience with delivering and facilitating training
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with a structured and deadline-oriented approach.
  • A full-clean driving licence.
