Senior Manager – People Global Shared Service Location : Hybrid ways of working at our office in Wimbledon. This is a pivotal role where they will lead a team and oversee international HR advisers to create scalable processes, implement a global case management system, and harmonise HR services across regions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a scalable global HR shared services operating model. Oversee the delivery of consistent, high-quality HR services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. Standardise, streamline, and automate HR processes across regions where possible. Lead the global implementation and optimisation of a case/ticketing management system. Partner with HR Centres of Expertise, IT, regional HR, and business leaders to ensure alignment and adoption. Establish service metrics, governance, and reporting to enable continuous improvement. Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing, globally distributed team. Act as a change leader, communicating the vision and embedding new processes and systems globally. Skills And Experience Required Significant expertise in global shared services and the design of shared service functions, with awareness of both global and regional considerations. Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms (Workday preferred) and case management/ticketing systems. Demonstrable experience of process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma desirable). Operates effectively in a complex, matrixed environment spanning multiple geographies, jurisdictions, and cultures. Balances strategic transformation with operational delivery responsibilities.
