Snozone has an industry-leading educational program that supports the school curriculum and offers accreditation for the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. We are three-time winners of the UK School Travel Awards for Best Sporting Venue and are passionate about offering sports for all, including accessible snow sports through partnerships with disability organizations. This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Membership Manager located in Milton Keynes. As a Sales and Membership Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and membership functions of our organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, driving membership growth and retention, and overseeing the sales team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Proven experience in sales or membership management
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong customer relationships
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
