Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Membership Manager located in Milton Keynes. As a Sales and Membership Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and membership functions of our organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, driving membership growth and retention, and overseeing the sales team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of the sports and leisure industry
