Program Manager

- Lead and manage Global HR programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of HR initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement standardized processes and workflows for HR service delivery
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and make recommendations for improvement and automation
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees, managers, and stakeholders in a timely and customer-focused manner
- Oversee the administration, documentation, and maintenance of HR systems, tools, and technologies to support efficient service delivery
- Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve HR service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR compliance
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Communicate and educate employees and managers on HR policies and ensure adherence to them
- Work closely with the HR team to design and implement programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience
- Gather feedback and insights from employees and managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of HR-related initiatives that positively impact employee engagement and satisfaction
- Able to listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them. Able to manage stakeholders' expectations and be flexible, is capable of proactive and reactive communication. Facilitates difficult discussions within the team or with diverse senior stakeholders
- Able to facilitate the delivery flow of a team, managing the pace and tempo. Able to actively address internal and external risks, issues, and dependencies including where ownership exists outside the team
- Able to identify and challenge organizational processes of increasing complexity and those processes that are unnecessarily complicated. Able to add value and can coach the organization to inspect and adapt processes. Guides teams through the implementation of a new process
- Understands the environment and can prioritize the most important and highest value tasks. Able to use data to inform planning. Able to manage complex internal and external dependencies. Able to provide delivery confidence. Able to remove blockers or impediments that affect the plan and can develop a plan for difficult situations. Ensures teams plan appropriately for their capacity
- Able to bring people together to form a motivated team. Able to empower delivery teams. Able to help create the right environment for a team to work in. recognizes and deal with issues. Able to facilitate the best team makeup depending on the situation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours, as needed.
- Ability to travel internationally, as necessary
- Proven experience as an HR Delivery Manager, HR Project Manager, HR Business Partner or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Solid understanding of HR systems and technologies
- Close working relationship with Portfolio Manager and other key Business Leaders
- Highly cross-functional role
- Ability to use agile principles and improve their experience in frameworks/Methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe
