Aviation Security Manager

An exciting opportunity to join the Aviation and Operational Security team as a Senior Aviation Security Manager has arisen, leading on assuring our operational relationship with major regulators such as the CAA and the TSA.
Forming relationships across our airlines, with IAG Cargo and the BA subsidiaries, you will lift awareness and ensure implementation of security regulation and policies.
You will be responsible for our internal reporting mechanisms that track and monitor risks within our Management System.
Act as operational point of contact with our subsidiaries and be responsible for maintaining security-related agreements.
People manage and inspire a team of three, championing our brand and behaviours.
A creative problem-solver, who is both curious and proactive to deliver practical solutions.
A good understanding of Aviation security regulations and practices is important.
The post-holder must be able to obtain a UK security clearance.
