Location: Hybrid - North London-based office (4 days a week) 

Salary: £30-35K P/Y + 28 days paid holiday + 1-week work abroad scheme

We're on the hunt for a Social Media Manager with a strong pulse on the social media landscape. You should be organized, adaptable, and analytical, with deep knowledge of the latest creative and cultural trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snap, and Twitch.

You'll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing social media content that resonates with audiences and helps our clients grow.

Social Strategy : Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's unique goals, identifying the best platforms, content formats, and engagement tactics to drive brand growth and engagement.


~ Content Management : Use scheduling platforms to plan and post social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring all posts are aligned with client goals and content plans.


~ Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze social media metrics, testing new approaches, and continuously finding ways to improve performance with innovative strategies and formats.


~ Reporting : Own weekly and monthly social media reports, ensuring accuracy and translating data into actionable insights. Content Creation : Craft social media copy and captions that are on-brand, and ensure content maintains high quality standards.


~ Basic Editing : Perform basic image and video edits for social platforms and work with Field Day designers for more complex design needs.


~ Always-On Content : Propose and manage daily social content outside of campaign-specific material and manage the ongoing always-on content calendar.


~ Community Management : Engage with social media communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner.


~ Attend regular client meetings and act as the go-to point of contact for daily social media needs.


Experience : 2-4 years in a social media client-facing role, including community management. Experience managing global or regional social media accounts for consumer brands.


~ Proven experience working across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, with a strong understanding of emerging social media platforms.


~ A keen eye for exciting, shareable content, and the ability to craft creative ideas that drive results.


~ Collaboration Skills : Comfortable working with client services teams, creatives, and production teams to ensure smooth content production.


~ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) and video editing software. Experience with social media scheduling platforms and social listening tools.


~ Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail in grammar, aesthetics, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.


~ Flexibility : Willingness to work occasional weekends to cover exciting live events.


~ Eager to collaborate, share ideas, and support your team in a fast-paced environment.
