Key Duties and Responsibilities Support the F&B Manager. Set breakfast and lunch service standards Ability to cope in fast-paced work environments People leadership, including recruiting, training, retaining and developing employees Target setting and supporting the team to achieving targets. Ensure service and staff members are running alongside health and safety compliance Requirements: Experience in a supervisory role in an F&B or other hotel operations team. Proven leadership skills. High standards and attention to detail. A focus on our customers, making sure that they are catered for, in the best possibly way.
