As a Food and Breakfast Manager, you will lead the team in ensuring seamless operations and impeccable customer service across our dining outlets. From organising and managing day-to-day activities to facilitating and implementing service standards, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, hassle-free operations during breakfast hours, providing exceptional service and support to our guests. Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Breakfast Manager will support the successful running of the breakfast & lunch offering within the hotel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support the F&B Manager.
Set breakfast and lunch service standards
Ability to cope in fast-paced work environments
People leadership, including recruiting, training, retaining and developing employees
Target setting and supporting the team to achieving targets.
Ensure service and staff members are running alongside health and safety compliance
Requirements:
Experience in a supervisory role in an F&B or other hotel operations team.
Proven leadership skills.
High standards and attention to detail.
A focus on our customers, making sure that they are catered for, in the best possibly way.
