Main responsibilities:
- Invoices processing as per DOA
- Review of employee expenses, processing & reimbursements
- Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable management
- Bank transactions – payments (Domestic & multi-currency/international payments)
- Monthly expenses accruals and expenses analysis and reporting
- Preparing monthly expenses journal & Petty cash management
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns & Intrastat reports
- Liaising with HMRC / Internal/External Auditors
- Regular interaction with customers to have continuous focus on receivables.
- Liaising with internal colleagues across different functions within the organisation
- Prioritising and management of a multifaceted work stream
Requirements:
- Good knowledge and experience of accounting, bookkeeping with exposure to UK FRS, IFRS
- Degree level education or equivalent in a Finance related discipline
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Excel, other MS Office applications and experience in SAP is desirable
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills are essential as the role will require interaction with overseas colleagues and partners (customers & Vendors)
