Main responsibilities:

  • Invoices processing as per DOA
  • Review of employee expenses, processing & reimbursements
  • Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable management
  • Bank transactions – payments (Domestic & multi-currency/international payments)
  • Monthly expenses accruals and expenses analysis and reporting
  • Preparing monthly expenses journal & Petty cash management
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns & Intrastat reports
  • Liaising with HMRC / Internal/External Auditors
  • Regular interaction with customers to have continuous focus on receivables.
  • Liaising with internal colleagues across different functions within the organisation
  • Prioritising and management of a multifaceted work stream

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge and experience of accounting, bookkeeping with exposure to UK FRS, IFRS
  • Degree level education or equivalent in a Finance related discipline
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Excel, other MS Office applications and experience in SAP is desirable
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills are essential as the role will require interaction with overseas colleagues and partners (customers & Vendors)
