Develop and implement robust quality management systems to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Lead the quality assurance processes, including audits, inspections, and testing procedures.
Mentor and manage the quality control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
Analyse quality data, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
