  • System Management: Ensure the optimal functioning of all IT systems, providing reliable tech support and maintaining our network infrastructure.
  • Security Oversight: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect data and network access, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

IT Responsibilities:

  • Security & Compliance: Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols to safeguard Pearson Locke Law's data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Technical Support: Offer daily IT support to employees, resolving issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Integration & Automation: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate and automate IT systems with marketing tools, boosting efficiency and the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the firm’s website to ensure it operates smoothly and aligns with our digital marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a hybrid role involving IT support and digital marketing, with a particular emphasis on social media.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, advertising strategies, analytics, and engagement best practices.
  • Proficient with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability in content creation, with a strong sense of design and branding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Basic skills in graphic design and video editing, preferably with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with coding languages like HTML and CSS is an asset.
