Business Development Manager (EMEA)

Hybrid, Northern Ireland

Up to £65,000 DOE + OTE

Realtime are delighted to be partnering with one of our trusted, long-standing clients on their search for a Business Development Manager for the EMEA market.

Our client provides solutions to hundreds of customers in over 70 countries. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to offer solutions and products to clients. You will be an industry expert in the EMEA market and be the main POC for local and international partners.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Solve issues for customers with good problem-solving skills.
  • Build yearly sales plans to ensure business is maximised in the EMEA market.
  • Manage the pipeline for opportunities
  • Organise customer trials to encourage sales.
  • Travel to client visits to identify new and potential customers.
  • Work on Inbound and Outbound opportunities
  • Represent the company at events such as exhibitions and conferences

What you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales environment
  • Experience working in the Test and Measurement industry
  • Experience in full Sales lifecycle, from cold calling to closing business and building relationships as an account manager.
  • Experience selling high value, low quantity products.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Network and Cloud is beneficial
