The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate, driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic, fast-paced sales team. This isn’t just another job – it’s an opportunity to be part of our growth story. Collaborate with marketing teams, product developers, and our co-founders to drive Everfit’s reach into new markets and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Discovery and Exploration: Research and qualify potential leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and texts. Support sales representatives with booking calls from qualified leads.
- Industry and Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors, providing insights to develop sales strategies and products.
- Social Media Outreach: Execute targeted social media campaigns to drive sales, strengthen our online presence, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Nurture and Retargeting Campaigns: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to transform leads into customers by executing effective nurture and retargeting campaigns.
About You:
You’re energetic, enthusiastic, and a natural at building strong customer relationships. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where you can think quickly and wear many hats. Skilled in data research & cold outreach, you have the tenacity to achieve results. You enjoy working with like-minded individuals, are reliable, lead by example, and are driven to grow within a fast-growing company while consistently delivering outstanding outcomes.
Your Experience:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly, and informative communication style.
- Highly skilled in conducting thorough research, delivering actionable insights, and possessing a keen eye for detail.
- Experience within the fitness industry and a passion for health and fitness.
- Proven understanding of different successful sales processes and concepts (Cold calling, Account-based marketing, inbound/outbound marketing automation).
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to listen to client needs.
- Experience working with data and CRM systems to evaluate different sales processes.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a sales role.
- Passion for the fitness industry.
- Experience with software such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, and HubSpot.
