Advertising Sales Associate

The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners, and to drive advertising revenue.
Partner with sales to build a high-performing sales organization that can represent Netflix’s offerings to our advertising customers.Assist in the implementation and execution of key sales functions, including territory/role/channel design, sales process management, data hygiene, and sales tool development.
Contribute to defining, building, and maintaining the sales inputs, forecasting, and pipeline management of a global advertising business.
Contribute to the design and implementation of consistent ways to manage the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams to understand their strategy and help develop plans for execution.
Work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance, ensuring program and business impact.
Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience in Sales Operations in advertising or related fields/
Fluency in English is required, additional European languages are a plus
Familiarity with agency and client-direct sales models
Self-starter with the ability to manage and contribute to large-scale, complex projects.
Ability to understand both detailed aspects and the bigger picture of Sales Operations.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
