To take reservations correctly and with the respect of the policies when necessary
• To ensure clear communication between reservations and reception teams as well as an effective communication to all other departments, informing them of costumers’ bookings, needs & complaints
• Support the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending customers' needs
• To mentor/train staff through leading by example and support recruitment process in creating an outstanding candidate's experience
• Cost control and financial budgeting alongside the Reception Manager
