We have partnered with an established education provider who are recruiting for a Student Support Officer to join their Student Experience Team based In the Holborn area.
As Student Support Officer , you will be the first point of contact for all student queries and communicate with students in person, via phone, email, live chat, and messenger offering unique and innovative solutions to each query. This is a full time role with the potential to become permanent.
To be considered for the Student Support Officer role you must have:
customer services, coaching, mentoring, advising and guidance or similar)
Key Duties of the Student Support Officer role Includes:
Provide customer service via phone, email and if applicable to all visitors to the centre.
Effectively identify students that require support and direct them to appropriate information sources/support services.
Make suggestions about how the University can improve the service.
Ensure product knowledge is relevant and accurate, engaging with training needs as required.
Ad-Hoc admin duties
Key Information about the Student Support Officer role includes:
£13 per hour (equivalent to £26k per annum)
Temporary ongoing role
Shifts between the hours of 8:30-8pm (37 hours per week), with potential to become permanent.
