The role of Partner Manager on the Monetization Partnership (MP) team within the Commerce Partnerships in EMEA is a high-impact position focused on driving growth, innovation, and strategic direction in the company global advertising ecosystem. Summary of Role:

The Partner Manager will play a crucial role in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with tech companies ranging from startups to established organizations. The primary goal is to leverage these partnerships to drive innovation, growth, and revenue, focusing on advertisers and partners in the EMEA region. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, thought leadership, and project management to accelerate growth for the advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities and challenges across EMEA and craft strategies to grow the partner ecosystem.
  • Work with partners, at any stage of their lifecycle, on go-to-market strategies and offer strategic advice to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Map the evolving partner ecosystem and stay ahead of technological trends.
  • Engage with developers to build innovative solutions that benefit the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development, offering both immediate solutions and long-term roadmaps.
  • Partner with teams across different functions to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of marketing products, particularly those that utilize advanced technologies (e.g., AI, APIs).
  • Evangelize products and solutions at industry events and with developer partners, offering thought leadership on commerce and AI trends.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners, becoming a trusted advisor for C-suite executives.
  • Provide ongoing education and updates on product suite and build compelling business cases for partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of client-facing experience in partner management, technical sales, or account management.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all management levels.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously while aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving execution through cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to proactively manage shifting priorities and maintain focus on critical objectives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in analysing data to drive executive summaries and decisions.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Commerce Platforms/Marketplaces.
  • Background in the advertising and marketing developer ecosystem.
  • Experience managing scaled account management or marketing programs.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with the ability to handle ambiguity, thrive in dynamic environments, and build innovative technology solutions. You should have a passion for partnerships, a deep understanding of commerce, marketing technologies, and strong leadership skills to influence product development and business growth at scale.
