Hampton's are working in partnership with our client, who provide care for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs - we are supporting them in recruiting a Registered Manager for one of their services in North Wales region. The appointed Manager will be appointed to take responsibility for a residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health and Complex Needs. Our client and their services have an Outstanding reputation with the Local Authority, CIW and the local community.
A level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care or equivalent.
Experience of managing a Residential, Learning Disability service.
Experience of caring for individuals with similar needs including Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.
