* Covering occupied properties in parts of London, Kent, Surrey and Oxfordshire: Fault Finding, Reactive Repairs and Electrical Installations
Are you a qualified Electrician within the Building Services and Facilities Maintenance sector, perhaps looking for a new challenge?
My client are very much established in the Building Services, Construction & Maintenance sector, providing Projects, Planned and Reactive Maintenance services to commercial and Retail clients across London and Kent/Surrey mainly. To carry out reactive works, fault finding on electrical systems and installations within commercial/retail clients.
* Carry out small works installations including lighting replacements, Sockets and small power etc.
* Liaising with Help Desk team and Contracts Manager
* Mobile Electrician Qualifications & Training:
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations - City & Guilds or Similar
* Ideally IPAF / Pasma Trained
* Company van & fuel card
* Company Pension Scheme
* 25 Days Holiday + Public Holidays (Increases with length of service)
* Optional Health Care Scheme
* Company Phone & Tablet
* Regular overtime available
